50th Anniversary Endowment Campaign

YVT 2020 is the Young Victorian Theatre Company's 50th Anniversary Endowment Campaign dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the quality of our orchestra.

Since our start in 1971, the orchestra has been integral to Young Vic's many theatrical successes.

Featuring some of Baltimore's finest musicians, our 25-piece orchestra continually delights audiences with their talent and passion, from overture through final curtain call.

Not surprisingly, it is also Young Vic's most expensive budget item. So the goal of this campaign is to create a long-term funding source solely focused on our orchestra and to ensure that it remains one of the very best in Baltimore.

By endowing our orchestra, we can honor the tradition and role of Arthur Sullivan's music in the development of Young Vic over 50 years into a fully professional musical theatre company.

Most importantly, we will support and strengthen the quality of our orchestra and its musicians for the next generation of Gilbert & Sullivan lovers.
