Young Victorian Theatre Company: Refund & Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final: As a nonprofit performing arts organization, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Convenience fees associated with your purchase through Ludus are non-refundable.

Ticket Exchanges: If you cannot attend your scheduled performance of "Iolanthe," you may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production, subject to seat availability. Exchange requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the original performance time.

Cancellations & Postponements: If a performance is cancelled by the Young Victorian Theatre Company and cannot be rescheduled, a full refund of the ticket face value will be issued to the original form of payment. If a show is postponed, your tickets will remain valid for the new date, or you may request an exchange or donation conversion.

Ticket Donations: If you are unable to use or exchange your tickets, you may return them to the box office prior to the performance as a tax-deductible donation.
